Art & Children’s Books

On the blog Hyperallergic, there is a post about a new children’s book about climate change with beautiful illustrations. This made me think about the role that images can play in helping children understand big concepts. As we start our new project with the goal of creating a book cover, I’ve been thinking about how to summarize stories into one big picture, which is done so beautifully in the book “What Happened When We All Stopped” as displayed here.
